1. Our commitment

Fastmart-v2 LLC respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). We respond promptly to valid infringement notices and remove or disable access to infringing material.

2. Designated DMCA agent

Notices of claimed infringement should be sent to our designated agent:

Important for site owners: to receive DMCA safe-harbor protection, this same agent must also be registered in the U.S. Copyright Office's official DMCA Designated Agent Directory at dmca.copyright.gov (small fee, done online). Do this before launch.

3. Filing a takedown notice

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification and location (URL) of the material claimed to infringe; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act for the rights owner; and (f) your physical or electronic signature.

4. Counter-notification

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) containing: identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief the removal was erroneous; your name, address, phone; consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., for our registered address); and your signature. Unless the complainant files a court action, removed material may be restored in 10–14 business days.

5. Repeat infringers

Accounts or sellers that repeatedly infringe copyrights will be terminated.

6. Misrepresentation

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
