1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using v2.fastmart.co.com ("Site") and any services provided through it ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to place an order. By ordering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
3. Products and pricing
We strive to display product colors, descriptions, and prices accurately. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct pricing errors, and refuse or cancel any order.
4. Orders and payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment is processed immediately upon checkout through secure third-party processors (Stripe, PayPal). We do not store full card numbers. You will receive an order confirmation email; if we cannot fulfill, we will notify you and refund fully.
5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside our reasonable control.

7. Intellectual property

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security, to submit false or misleading information, or to upload malware. We reserve the right to terminate access for violation of these terms.

10. Limitation of liability

12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered account holders and by posting the revised version here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
