Return & Refund Policy
1. The short version
You have 30 days from delivery to return most items, for any reason. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of the return arriving at our facility. If we sent the wrong, damaged, or defective item, return shipping is free.
2. Return conditions
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all accessories and tags.
- Defective or damaged-on-arrival items are accepted in any condition — just include photos with your request.
- For hygiene and safety, some categories cannot be returned once opened: opened personal care items (e.g., earbuds, cosmetics, underwear) and perishable goods. These exclusions are also stated on the product page before purchase.
3. How to start a return
- Email support@v2.fastmart.co.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
- We reply within 1 business day with a prepaid label (for our errors) or the return address (for change of mind, where return postage is paid by you).
- Once the item arrives and is checked, your refund is issued within 7 business days and you receive email confirmation.
4. Refund amounts
For our errors (wrong/damaged/defective item), you receive 100% of what you paid including original shipping. For change-of-mind returns, you receive the item price; original shipping is non-refundable.
5. Exchanges and warranty claims
We're happy to exchange for a different size or color where stock allows. Manufacturer warranty claims after 30 days are handled per the warranty terms in the product listing — contact us and we'll help you file one.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
